Team BC to compete at All-American Bowl Week in San Antonio in January 2013
Football BC has partnered with Football University (FBU) to offer its provincial under-18 team, better known as Team BC, the opportunity to compete in a tournament facing fellow under-18 All-Star teams from the U.S. and internationally as part of the All-American Bowl Week to be held in early January 2013 in San Antonio, Texas.
For this year's squad, the tournament in Texas will take the place of the Football Canada Cup which Team BC had previously competed in for the past two years.
Team BC will continue its normal practice of inviting approximately 120 players to a mini-camp to be held over the May long weekend at Simon Fraser University. A further cut-down will be made at some point following the mini-camp.
