Team BC U-18 Selection Camp goes Saturday

Team BC U-18 will be holding its selection camp on Saturday, December 14 at Burnaby Lakes Sports Complex West from 11 am to 2 pm (check-in at 10 am).

There is a $700 refundable deposit that will be collected for registration. For those players who make the final roster, the $700 will go towards the $1,700 total cost of participation. For those who do not make the final roster, the $700 is refundable.

Team BC run at FBU National Tournament comes to an end

The Team BC Grades 6, 7, and 8 teams have concluded their run at the 2013 FBU National Tournament.

While the three teams will not be moving on in the tournament, the players are certainly better for the experience and have an idea of just how strong American competition is and what it will take in the future to compete against them.

Team BC Grades 6 and 7 both started the tournament with victories over Eastern Washington/Northern Idaho and Puget Sound, respectively. They would both, unfortunately, fall in the regional championship game.

Team BC Grade 8 put up a fight against very tough competition as well but would end up dropping both of their games on the weekend.
