Russell Wilson Passing Academy wrap-up

Close to 300 enthusiastic young football players from BC took part in second Russell Wilson Passing Academy held in Vancouver on July 10, 2015 at Swangard Stadium, home of the SFU Clan Football Team.

Russell, along with several of his Seahawks teammates along with coaches from across BC, put the players through a full day's camp with plenty of drills designed to enhance their football skills culminating with mini-games to round out the day.

Click here for photos from the event.

Russell also took the time to answer questions from the campers as well as many onlookers and, at the conclusion of the event, took the time to sign autographs for every single player at the event.

Players and coaches, alike, were thrilled to have the opportunity to take part in this year’s event. Click here for a video of the best sights and sounds from the 2015 RWPA in Vancouver.

English-Korean Football Dictionary

Intern Ted has been a bit silent lately when it comes to his blog, but there's a good reason behind that.

Ted has been creating the very first, as far as we know, English-to-Korean football dictionary.

Ted, who is from Jeonju, a small town roughly 2.5 hours away from Seoul in South Korea, is the latest in a long line of interns to join Football BC from the Gastown Business College (GBC).

GBC is an international school with mostly Korean and Japanese students. To date, all of the interns that have come work with Football BC (shout out to Yenny, Simon, Taylor, Hayley and George) have been from Korea.

During the early discussion process, the idea of creating a English-Korean football dictionary made sense to help ease future interns into the football environment.

Read Ted's brief thoughts on the project here.

We hope you enjoy the final product which you can see here.
