Final Football BC Combine Series session goes Friday at WJ Mouat in Abbotsford

The final Football BC Combine Series session goes this Friday, March 7 at W.J. Mouat Secondary School in Abbotsford.

The session runs from 3 pm to 5:30 pm. Check-in and walk-up registration begins at 2:30 pm.

Online registration is available here and will close at 3 pm on Thursday.

Online registration is $60. Walk-up registration price is $70.

The Combine Series provides players with an opportunity to be evaluated by Football BC's provincial coaches and is the first step for getting on the radar to be part of one of Football BC's provincial programs (i.e. Team BC and Senior Bowl).

REMEMBER: For the 2014 season, all players who wish to be eligible to be a part of one of Football BC's provincial programs must be evaluated by a Football BC provincial coach.

For players in Grade 12: The 2014 Senior Bowl camp is just around the corner!

As per usual, the camp will take place over the March Spring Break Week (March 18-21) culminating with a game on the Saturday (March 22).

Senior Bowl is open to invited players only and is ONLY for players currently in Grade 12. Invited players have begun to receive emails notifying them of their invitation to the camp.

There are four ways to receive an invite.

1. Named a 2013 BC High School Football Provincial All-Star

2. Named to the 2014 Midget Star Bowl team

3. Member of the most recent U18 Team BC

4. Receive an invitation after trying out at a recent Football BC Combine Series session

Anthony Calvillo announced as keynote speaker 2014 Orange Helmet Awards Dinner; Tickets available now

The BC Lions have announced that five-time CFL All-Star and two-time Grey Cup champion Anthony Calvillo will be the keynote speaker at the 2014 Orange Helmet Awards Dinner.



Amateur Football rates remain the same as 2013! The amateur football rate is $200 per ticket or $2,000 for a table of 10. The corporate rate is $250 per ticket or $2,500 for a table of 10. Taxes not included.

Support Team BC with our Football BC - Schnitzer Scrap Metal Drive Fundraiser

Football BC is asking the football community to join us in a fundraiser that will allow our entire football community to help raise money for all six of our Team BC programs as well as enable us to deliver more of our "Play Football" programs in elementary schools.

4th Annual UBC Winter Football Skills Camp - Run / Pass

The 4th annual UBC Winter Football Skills Camp will be held at Thunderbird Stadium on March 15.

There will be two on-field practices, as well as a video analysis session in this one-day camp.

The camp is a full equipment camp. Lunch and jerseys are included.

The camp cost is $95.

The 2014 Russell Wilson Passing Academy

Seattle Seahawks QB Russell Wilson is bringing the Russell Wilson Passing Academy to Ambleside Park in West Vancouver on Saturday, July 5.

All positions and skills set are welcome, and no prior football experience is required. The camp is for ages 9 to 17 and runs from 9 am to 4 pm.

Camp activities include positional training, team-based drills, film room study, and fundamental training from some of the biggest stars in the NFL.

Football BC elementary school skills program

Football BC's elementary school skills program is open to all school aged children and is conducted during regular school hours usually as part of P.E. class.

This program allows kids to learn basic football skills from Football BC coaches as well as volunteer players from local high schools.
