BC Tough Football Development Camps
The 2015 BC Tough Football Development Camps, presented by Football BC, the BC Lions and Game Ready, are a series of non-padded camps that will serve as preparation for each
player's respective spring camps as well as prepare those players invited to a Team BC camp.
Pros (from the BC Lions, Calgary Stampeders, Winnipeg Blue Bombers and Edmonton Eskimos) and provincial coaches will come together to create a high level of coaching for each player.
Each practice will work on football speed & agility, position specific technique & fundamentals, safe contact drills, 1 on
1's, and skelly. Each practice will then be followed by a one-hour off-field football session discussing topics such as nutrition, recruiting, video and goal setting.
