Pre-Registration for 2013 Provincial Evaluations

This form is for pre-registrations for an upcoming provincial evaluation session. All sessions include evaluations for Prep to be the Best, Team BC and Senior Bowl.

Players who pre-register will receive a discounted price of $30. Walk-up registration is $40. Price includes a complimentary t-shirt.

The schedule is as follows.

* Wednesday, March 6:: Tom Binnie Field, Surrey (adjacent to the BC Lions Training Facility)
- 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm (all categories)

*Please note there is limited space for this session. All players must pre-register for this session by Tuesday, March 5. No walk-up will be permitted for this session.

Prep to be the Best (ages 13-15), Team BC (players born in 1996 or 1997), and Senior Bowl (players currently in grade 12 who will be graduating in June 2013). If you do not fit into one of the specific categories, please email Dino at dinogeremia@shaw.ca
